Chiesetta della Misericordia
Venice
At the heart of a fascinating cultural hub in Cannaregio area,
Chiesetta della Misericordia stands as the utmost venue in Venice for exhibitions and events.
Space
Within the historical district of Misericordia owned by the brotherhood of the same name, it was founded in 939 and after going through a long and checkered history, is now privately owned.
A wide-open space with a 350 sqm surface, beautiful and majestic, it was recently enhanced through a vivid cultural program.
The events held in the Chiesetta enjoy three exclusive spaces attached to it: the Chapel Club, its old side chapel converted today into a sophisticated space in the style of the 30s, the Archivi, two multipurpose post-industrial rooms and the Clos, the intimate walled vineyard.
The Chiesetta is evocative and charming for art exhibitions, gala dinners, concerts, performances, workshops and conferences.
